The Pomona Valley Bicycle Coalition will be part of three big events this Spring and we need awesome bike volunteers like you!

1. Provide bicycle education for children and their parents at the Pomona Police Bike Rodeo on Saturday April 4th 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. You will help guide kids through the course and talk to parents on bicycle safety. Lunch will be provided.
2.  Guide Cal Poly students at a Bicycle Education Class on Saturday May 9th. Time is still being worked out, but will be morning to late afternoon. Volunteers will help with set-up, sign-in and take down. Volunteers can also help teach students but must be willing to review bicycle education materials before class.
3. Join the Cardena’s Bicycle Education Event committee for late May. PVBC is teaming up with the Department of Public Health and Cardena’s supermarket to provide a bicycle education event for Pomona residents. We are forming a special committee and need local folks to be part of the decision-making and planning process. Regular meetings are required.
